Not sure how it is in Poland and other countries, but in Bulgarian, on the day of a saint - everyone, that bears the same name celebrates "name day" (imen den).
So, according to the orthodox calendar (I know Polish are catholic, not sure abou Lithuania), today is the day of Saint Peter.
So, happy Piotor, Piotrek, Petar, Petr's day to everyone in clan, bearing this name
