First of all, I think merge was good, we are strong clan now, with good (can be much better) online.
But there is always some "but"

1. On every action we have 10+ or more commanders.
Here You have who is clan leaders :

If there is action : those ppl leading, if they want they can tell :xxx lead this", if ppl from this list said "go to talking island" - You move to Talking Island.

If no one from those ppl are online here You have next commanders :

For sure smbd from those 7 ppl will be online.
If smbd from them don't want to lead : he can tell who lead action.

On every action we have chaos like hell, 10 ppl write commands on chat (everyone different), 10+ ppl tell commands on TS in THE SAME TIME.

You have list of 3 main leaders : Twombley, John100, Felissin : if smbd of them is online - they lead - if they don't want - they tell who leading.

If smbd leading, You must listen, no matter than You have different opinion, than You know better etc - You need to listen. Leader take responsibility for decision, You judge decision AFTER action.

On TS on actions speak leaders, no one can understand nothing on this fucking TS, 10+ ppl speak in the same time and voice quality sux hard.

2. Nobles help
- second problem, some ppl already have nobles, 3 subs etc. Good for them and good for clan.
But if smbd don't have, and he ask for help there is answer : "again farma kurwa, how much pvp You have, You sux etc"
Excuse me (it's not about me, I always fuck nobles and exp) but how the fuck You make this lvl 80 and 3 subs ? on pvp ? or You farm hard some time ago ? So stop write/said bs and help ppl if they need this - more nobles = more powerfull clan

3. Actions
- If there is action and one of the leaders gather ppl - all must go.
I don't care if You are deep in fog, deep in cata, whatever - there is order - You must go.
You make dinner and can't go ? log off, don't make ppl confused, couse they see You on list as online.

4. Ally
- First of all I think, we need first learn play as clan - later search ally. We can have 60-80 online on actions, it's big power. And don't tell me than it's too less for epics etc, couse good team play 60-80 ppl can do everything in this game.
- Second....if ppl really need ally, ok I understand this, but...
This how we want make this ally it's one big fail. We search in panic every possible clan, and still have no fucking ally. There was few possibilites, there was ideas, but ppl told to wait with this, and now we are in dead point, and speak with SoulHuntersV...dunno what to do...laught or cry.
For good ally, first You need have good opinion on server, show what You can do, be visable.
Clans which are good for ally, already have it, sad but true.
This how we try make ally it's one big fail, if You choose some clan, I can try make ally with them (those who know me long time, they know it's totally np for me), but I also need some arguments in my hands.

5. Flame :
- You are all old friends, play together long time.
For what You play ? for fun. Very good, this is game for fun.
Ofc there must be discipline in clan, but flame never help, insulting others ppl and flame - it's not acceptable.
We joined to AR, to nice clan with nice and resonable ppl. Act like ppl which wanna have fun, which are friends, which fight for the same.
If You want flame - log out, couse soon my patience will touch the limit, and I kick flamers from this clan, no matter how long they are here, 1 month or 4 years.
Flame is never solution - discussion - yes, but not flame.
Flame take fun from all others ppl in clan, destroyd atmosphere.

I get pissed when ppl flame in our clan, no solution+more anger
Then i wanna add 2 things, when i hear omfg Nile got 255 /dismise him cus he can't play he can't even beat aw ;o etc i don't care what ppl would say i would log for you 500 char's to beat a simple rb, nevertheless i get a lil dissapointed..

Second: Golky was epic pvp yesterday i just wannna see more of such actions even against RD/ooc. cus we all enjoyed a carpet of bodies at golkies room ;>

i saw nothing epic there, normal execution made on some clans killing rb, it should be normal but after that there were olkuth...

I can add one more thing, which was already noted - going afk. In OT it was forbidden to stay online if afk for longer time. And it is logical - you see many ppl online, but don't know who you can count on. Another thing - in a party, you kill mobs, and few ppl are afk, their characters are just on 'follow', when, for example CL shouts "EVERYONE TO CLAN HALL". We all SoE CH, and the afk - left to die. Or if we do a quest - and quest is finished - we either have to camp and protect ppl afk, or we again have to abandon them, which isn't very nice.
And about the private shops - it's not that hard to make a dorf on acc, it has extra slot, and U can send it items to shop, or dualbox shopper - I usualy use these two options.
It is frustrating, when U need ppl, when U see a lot of ppl online, but most of them are just bots. And you don't know if they are really afk, or they just pretend they don't hear you.

And there is improvement in communication, but still - 60-80% of clanchat is in polish. I feel embarased to cry all the time english pls. Who am I to demand such things, I'm the noobest person in clan after all...
